01. The Process
Begin by inquiring and selecting either a custom or semi-custom stationery experience. From there, we’ll connect to better understand your vision and overall aesthetic direction.
Once your contract is signed, your sample box is prepared and sent, featuring a curated selection of paper, print, and finish options. This allows you to experience textures and details before your design begins.
From there, the design process begins. Your suite is thoughtfully developed—combining hand-crafted elements and digital layout based on your chosen direction. You’ll receive up to three design revisions, along with unlimited text refinements to ensure everything feels just right.
3. Payment Details
A 50% retainer is due upon contract signature to reserve your date.
The remaining 50% balance is due after final proof approval and prior to production.

02. The Timeline
Client intake, research, and initial design concepts: 1–2 weeks
Artwork and design development: 3 weeks
Proofing and revisions: 2–4 weeks
Production and shipping: 2–4 weeks
On average, the full experience takes approximately 3 months from contract signature. Timelines may vary depending on design complexity and print methods.
